2016: Operator and Franchisee of the Year

The Rose Group team was honored by Applebee’s/Dine Equity for outstanding achievements in sales, operations excellence, and community service.  For the second consecutive year, and 3rd time overall, we received Operator of the Year honoring the leadership of every manager and the senior operations team.  For the second consecutive year, and 5th time overall, Harry Rose received Franchisee of the Year. We are the only franchisee that has won both awards in two consecutive years.  The Rose Group and nine other franchise groups were recognized as Heart of Applebee’s Award recipients because of our outstanding support of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation where we raised over $1.1 million this year.
